Quick answers about ordering, files, timing and your order.
How do I order and pay?
Build your sticker on this website, or fill an A3 sheet with your own pictures, add it to your basket, choose at checkout whether to collect it or have it posted, and pay on Airwallex's secure page: by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or e-wallet, whichever Airwallex offers that day.
What sizes can I order, and how many?
Online, from 30 to 100 mm (3 to 10 cm) on the longest side, in any shape, priced by the A3 sheets they fill: the smallest order is one sheet, and you get every sticker that fits. Or fill an A3 sheet (297 × 420 mm) with your own pictures, each at least 1 cm on its shorter side, from 1 to 49 sheets: the more of the same sheet you order, the less each one costs. For a larger sticker made to a size, or fifty sheets or more, message us and we quote it by hand.
How many stickers fit on a sheet?
It depends on their size, so the sheet page works it out as you go: it shows how many fit on one sheet and how many sheets your stickers need. Each sticker gets its own cut line 1 mm outside it, and two stickers’ cut lines are kept at least 2 mm apart, so each one takes its size plus 4 mm.
Which file should I send?
A PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG at the sticker’s real size. For an A3 sheet, a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, 300 dpi at the size you place it; a PNG with a transparent background prints and cuts best. A PDF or .ai can’t go on a sheet: save it as a PNG, or send it on WhatsApp and we’ll place it for you. Do you check my file?
Yes: we check every file before printing and tell you if a picture is too small or the cut won't work. For a custom shape we may send you a proof on WhatsApp first. We print what you send, so please check the spelling and wording (Terms, section 4).
Are the stickers kiss-cut or die-cut?
Kiss-cut: we cut through the sticker but not its backing sheet, so each one peels off when you need it. We don’t sell die-cut stickers, cut loose through the backing. An A3 sheet is kiss-cut round each picture too.
How long does it take?
Our shipping policy gives the usual time, and a posted order takes the courier’s time on top.
Can I collect, or do you post?
Your choice at checkout: collect from us in Rawang (the contact page has the address and opening hours) or have it posted by courier, anywhere in Malaysia or to Singapore. The delivery charge for each courier is shown before you pay; collecting is free.
Something is wrong with my order
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. Our shipping, refunds and reprints policy says when we reprint or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Not paid yet? Cancel it on your order page, or leave it: it closes by itself after 3 hours. Paid? Message us straight away. The Terms say when an order can still be cancelled.
Where is my order?
Your order email or our WhatsApp message usually has a link to your order page. Don't have it? Track your order with your order number and the phone number or email you ordered with.
