2. Agreeing to these terms
Placing an order, uploading artwork or paying us means you accept these terms and the shipping, refunds and reprints policy, and that you have read our privacy notice.
3. What we make
Every sticker is printed to your own design and your own measurements, so each order is made for you and for nobody else. That is why section 8 limits when an order can be changed or cancelled.
Online we sell stickers from 30 to 100 mm (3 to 10 cm) on the longest side, in the materials shown in the shop, priced by the A3 sheets they fill: the smallest order is one sheet, and you get every sticker that fits on the sheets you pay for. Every sticker is kiss-cut: we cut through the sticker but not its backing sheet, so it peels off the backing; we do not sell die-cut stickers, cut loose through the backing. Gloss and matte lamination are available on the materials that say so. Anything outside that — a larger sticker, an order of more than 49 sheets, a material you cannot see — we quote by hand on WhatsApp.
Online you can also buy whole A3 sheets, 297 × 420 mm, from 1 to 49 of the same sheet. You place your own pictures on the sheet, or repeat one picture across it, and we kiss-cut round each picture so the stickers peel off the sheet one by one. A picture on a sheet can be as big as fits inside the sheet’s printable area, so a sticker larger than 10 cm can be bought online this way. Every sheet in an order line is printed with the same layout, and when you repeat one picture, every sheet you pay for is printed full (up to 200 stickers a sheet), so you may get more stickers than you asked for. A sheet of another size, or 50 or more of the same sheet, we quote by hand on WhatsApp.
4. Your artwork
You must have the right to print what you send us. By uploading a file you confirm you own the design or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trade mark or other rights. We may refuse or cancel an order whose artwork appears to infringe, or which is unlawful, hateful or obscene.
We print what you send. Please check spelling, wording and layout before you order: section 9 explains what we can and cannot put right afterwards.
We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP and SVG files up to 50 MB. An Illustrator file saved with PDF compatibility works too. A picture should be about 300 dpi at the sticker’s real size; a lower-resolution file will print soft, and that is not a fault we can reprint for. For a custom shape we draw the cut line around your design, and we may send you a proof on WhatsApp before printing.
On an A3 sheet you place the pictures yourself, so the sheet page takes the files your browser can show: PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 50 MB each. A PDF or .ai file cannot go on the sheet: save it as a PNG, or send it on WhatsApp and we place it for you. Text in an SVG must be turned into outlines first. A picture should be about 300 dpi at the size you place it; the page tells you when one may print blurry, and each picture must be at least 1 cm on its shorter side.
We cut each picture on a sheet along a line 1 mm outside it, so a thin edge of the material shows round each sticker. A picture with a transparent background is cut round its own edge unless you choose a box or a circle, whether you place it yourself or repeat it; any other picture is cut as a box or a circle. A box is cut with sharp corners. Two stickers’ cut lines are kept at least 2 mm apart, so each sticker takes its size plus 4 mm on the sheet. The cut line on the page is a preview, and we check every sheet before we cut it. We print each sheet on larger paper with our cutter’s registration marks round it, then trim it to A3 after cutting, so each picture must stay inside the dashed line.
A sheet already in your basket before 9 October 2026, and not edited on the sheet page since, is cut as the sheet page showed it then. That is a line 2 mm outside each picture, a box’s corners rounded 2 mm, at least 2 mm of clear paper between two cut lines, and each cut line inside the dashed line.
We keep your artwork for as long as we keep the order’s record, so we can reprint it if you order again; the privacy notice says how long. We do not sell it, publish it or use it to promote Cove without asking you first.
5. Printing, colour and cutting
Printed colour is not screen colour. Screens make colour with light and printers make it with ink, so bright, glowing shades come out a little softer on a sticker. A small difference between your screen and the printed sticker is normal and is not a fault.
Cutting has a small tolerance, usually well under a millimetre. Keep anything important a couple of millimetres inside the edge of your design, and the cut will look right.
Where you order the same design again, we print it from the same file, but a small variation in colour between one batch and another is normal.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The price you see for a sticker is the price for that whole quantity, and the amount shown before you pay is the full amount payable to us, delivery included. If you have a website order posted, the delivery charge for each courier that serves your address is shown beside the courier’s name before you pay; the one you choose is part of that amount. For a WhatsApp order we quote the delivery charge before you pay.
An A3 sheet is priced per sheet, and the price per sheet steps down as you order more of the same sheet. Gloss or matte lamination on a sheet costs the same extra on every sheet. How many pictures a sheet holds, and how long it takes to cut, never change its price.
Cove Printing is not registered for SST, so no SST is charged and none is added at checkout. The price shown is the price you pay. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.
We print after payment has arrived. Payment on this website is taken by Airwallex, a licensed payment service provider, on its own secure page: by card (Visa or Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, FPX online banking, Touch ’n Go eWallet or GrabPay, whichever Airwallex offers on the day. We never see or hold your card, bank or wallet details. An FPX payment shows on your bank statement as MOLPay. For a WhatsApp order we ask for the bank transfer receipt before the order is booked in.
You pay for a website order on the payment provider’s secure page once you have placed it. Please pay within 3 hours. An order that is not paid by then closes by itself, even if your bank is still confirming a payment, and you can simply place a new one. The payment provider may offer to take your payment in another currency at its own conversion rate; a payment made that way for your order counts as payment in full. If a payment reaches us after your order has closed, we either refund it or reopen your order, and we contact you to sort it out.
If a price is shown wrongly through an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than print at that price.
7. When your order is accepted
An order is a request until we confirm it can be printed. We may decline one — for an artwork problem, a suspected infringement, a payment we cannot verify, or an obvious pricing error — and we refund in full when we do.
8. Changing or cancelling
Because your stickers are made to your own design, an order can only be changed or cancelled before we start preparing the artwork for printing. In practice that is a short window after payment, so tell us as soon as you can and we will do what we still can.
If you asked us to post your order and would rather collect it, tell us before we hand it to the courier. We change it to collection and refund the delivery charge to the way you paid.
Once the artwork has been prepared or printing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where the law says otherwise or where section 9 applies.
A website order that is not paid within 3 hours cancels itself, as section 6 explains. You owe nothing for it.
9. If something is wrong
If your stickers arrive faulty, materially different from what you ordered, or wrong because of a mistake at our end, tell us within 7 days of collecting or receiving them with your order number and a photograph. We will reprint or refund. Telling us early lets us put it right quickly; your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 do not end at 7 days. The full rules, including what we cannot claim for, are in the shipping, refunds and reprints policy.
10. Delivery
We post anywhere in Malaysia and to Singapore, by the courier you choose at checkout or agree with us on WhatsApp, and nowhere else. A parcel to Singapore is an international parcel: unless the courier you choose says “Import tax included”, Singapore may charge GST or duty when it arrives, and you pay that to the courier or the authorities there, not to us.
Most orders are ready to collect within 5 working days of payment; an order we post takes the courier’s own time on top, usually 2 to 5 working days within Malaysia or 3 to 7 working days to Singapore, where customs can add more. Any timing we give you is an estimate, not a promise, unless we put it in writing as one. Artwork questions, courier delays, public holidays and things outside our control can all move it.
11. Using this website
Please do not use the site to break the law, to get at other people’s orders, to upload harmful files, or to overload it. We may suspend access or cancel affected orders to protect the business, our customers or anyone else.
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can ask us to close your account at any time at hello@coveprint.com; we then keep only the order and payment records the law requires (see the privacy notice, section 8).
The words, pictures and layout on this site are ours unless we say otherwise, and are not to be copied for commercial use. Your artwork, of course, stays yours.
12. What we are responsible for
Nothing here takes away a right you have under Malaysian law that cannot be taken away.
Beyond that, what we owe you for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit or a missed event, so far as the law allows us to say so.
13. Malaysian law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. A dispute we cannot settle between us goes to the Malaysian courts or, for a consumer claim, to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or the Consumer Protection (Electronic Trade Transaction) Regulations 2024.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you ordered is the one that applies to your order, unless the law requires otherwise. The effective date is at the bottom of this page.
These terms and the shipping, refunds and reprints policy are in English for now; a Bahasa Malaysia version of each will follow. Our privacy notice is already in both languages.
15. Your details
What we collect about you, why, who else sees it and how long we keep it is in our privacy notice, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
